UK & WORLDWIDE RETURNS
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund through our dedicated returns portal, powered by SENDCLOUD.
To be eligible for a refund, please make sure you meet the following criteria:
Your returns request must be submitted through our portal within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Items are unworn and unwashed
Items still have the Didi Fashion tags attached
Items have no make-up stains
Hygiene seal has not been removed if it’s underwear or swimwear
Items returned must be in a resale-able condition
Your refund will be issued within 48 - 72 hours once the return has been validated.
If your return does not meet our criteria, we reserve the right to return the item/s back to you. Alternatively, you may be issued with a Gift Card, which has no expiry date.
Please kindly note that all refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment, under the following timescales:
Credit/Debit Card (2-3 days)
PayPal (Instantly)
Klarna (Instantly)
Gift Card (Instantly
Clearpay (instant)
All UK & Worldwide returns must be processed through our dedicated returns portal. Please follow all steps below to ensure your refund is processed quickly.
Scan the QR code on your returns card to access the portal. Simply enter your order number, starting with 'LAR' along with your email address, postcode or last 4 digits of your phone number.
Tick the item/s you'd like to return and tell us why you're sending these back to us.
Select and pay for the returns service of your choice.
Follow the instructions provided and get your package ready to send back to us.
Write your 'LAR' order number in the box provided on the returns card, and please make sure to include the card within your parcel.
Send your parcel back following the instructions provided.
Finally, once you receive a text message, or email, to confirm your return has arrived back with us safely, please contact us and we'll immediately validate and process your refund within 48-72 hours.
All Didi Fashion returns now need validating to ensure we're protecting our customers against a significant increase in returns fraud. This final step also allows us to process your refund within 48-72 hours of receipt.
